I contacted this firm multiple times (via phone and text) to see if there was a specific area of consumer protection they had experience in and could possibly represent a family member on that was time-sensitive. I got not one response back from them. If ignoring my inquiry was the way of letting me know that they're not interested, don't have the time/too busy, have no experience etc., that's not the way I want to be told. I would've rather they actually responded instead of leaving me in the dark to wonder whether or not they could potentially help. Just beware that if you're not currently being represented by this firm, your inquiry may not get a response from them at all UPDATE (in response to this firm's response to my review): Number one, I most certainly do not have "the wrong firm". This is the correct firm that I contacted multiple times (again, via text and phone call). I used the phone number provided by the firm in one of the screenshots attached. Number two, as you can also see in the same screenshot in question, there is an option to "text message" that same number. Which I did. And the number the firm provided to have people contact is certainly an iPhone. Because it says my message was "Delivered". So for this firm to claim that "there’s no public cell phone number this person could have messaged us on" is completely unfounded. As you can clearly tell by the screenshot of the message I sent, I in fact was able to message the number, once again, PROVIDED BY THE FIRM FOR PEOPLE TO CONTACT.
