Shockingly horrible company. I’d be happy to join/spearhead a class action lawsuit if anyone is interested or if anny are ongoing. Installed my panels in March, 6 months after signing contracts, so it’s been just under a year. Their reseller, Ideal Home Energy went completely silent after the installation so I had to contact Titan directly. Panels are still not certified, uselessly sitting on my roof gathering sunlight for nothing, lender has billed me 4 months already and I’m still paying Excel exactly what I’d be paying them without these panels in my life. Stephanie from Titan stopped communicating several weeks ago except for one text telling me she’d get someone to help, clearly another lie. This is the worst retail experience I’ve ever had in the entire sector. Unethical is an understatement. Buyer BEWARE!!!

Hello. ZERO, more like negative 100 stars! ordered my solar panels in April or May of 2022. They still, as of over a year later, do NOT work! The initial inspector of titan gave the go ahead when he inspected my panel that was not up to code. when the people came to install solar and do something with the electric panel they stopped everything and said they couldn’t do ANYTHING else until the panel was upgraded. Mind you I was not told this in the beginning. By now I have panels on my roof. So here we are end of July 2023 & I am STILL paying over $500 a month for electricity and I’ll be damn if they didn’t start taking payments for the panels that aren’t even working. COMPLETE BULLSHIT!!! DO NOT deal with these people. They are shady AF!

Zero stars. Was promised a refund for my 3 months without solar due to this company not having employees in the state of Colorado via the BBB website. They are now walking back their promised resolution and refusing to compensate me. Maybe I should hire a lawyer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this company at all costs. Completely unethical business practices.
