We had a long-term relationship with CP; However, when we discovered that there was little to no regular engagement on the account (just logins that we could track, nothing in terms of actual actions), we ended our services with them in a professional manner. They responded by sabotaging our account on their way out, turning off & pausing various ad and campaign sets. Toxic masculinity at its finest. 2. The worst service! Beware of This company. Not worth it 3. The customer service was poor and one of their employees seemed frustrated and unprofessional 4. Customer Paradigm did an excellent job building our eCommerce site and gave us almost too much traffic from their digital marketing efforts. Many Thanks! 5. Jeff is awesome. He did the photos quickly and got good results. I'd use these guys again for sure. 6. Same bad experience as the other reviewers elsewhere on the internet (yelp for example). Company took a significant part of our budget (almost $100k) to migrate our Magento site. A year later, it still didn't work (they didn't have the technical expertise to do what they had promised) and they've abandoned the project. Had to start from scratch with a new developer (who is much better than these guys). Would've sued them but got the impression from talking to the owner that the business is cratering around him anyways. Don't hire them for large projects. And if you do, don't pay them until it's 100% complete (or you might waste your money like we did) 7. Awesome company! 8. Customer Paradigm and Bruce have helped our business with our website optimization. They are very professional and knowledgeable about Magento and other web applications. If there is an issue on our end, they are quick to respond and get it fixed for us. I highly recommend them.
