Customer Feedback Highlights: Bobby exceeded his job requirements. He assured us by working late until 10 p.m. to fix a problem we had. The care he put in to inform and alleviate concerns about our heating system, generator, and detail how they interconnected technically was reassuring. He consistently engaged us in all that he did, and we felt his priority was to serve us, which was comforting as we were very overwhelmed with this new knowledge. You’ve got a great catch; please keep him. Whatever he earns, he is worth it.
Bill and Bonney Forbes. 2. The technician was great and very patient to explain everything. Happy to have him service next time! 3. Our apartment furnace was out and it was 5 degrees. Diego was very communicative and professional and came late in the evening to help us get the heat back. Thank you! 4. Profoundly Incompetent. Meyer's Heating installed a 2 stage furnace and could not figure out how to have the furnace operate as designed. Meyer's walked away from the installation wiring the furnace for a single stage. Customer purchased a much more expensive two stage furnace. Ripped off customer. As an electrician, I figured out how to wire the furnace to operate properly. These guys do not possess the technical expertise to perform their jobs. In absolute disgust for the arrogance of their poor performance and for taking $7800.00 and then abandoning the customer. 5. Profoundly Incompetent....
