Had the best experience with Planet plumbing. they were open, honest, hardworking and had fair pricing after a through inspection was carried out to see what the problems we had were. Saul was our tech and hese a spectacle of professionalism. He was not satisfied unless he had it done the write way. he stayed late to make sure the job was done in a timely manner to allow for the use of the home while they tore up the concrete slab to fix the main drain in the older home. The old cast iron pipes were extremely scaled up with buildup over the past 60 or 70 years. They came quickly to evaluate and gave a fair quote didn’t change the price on us and scheduled right away to fix the problem. I would use them again in a heartbeat. If I have any plumbing problems in the future I don’t even see a reason to call anyone else. We have an old house and we've used Planet for an issue every year or two for the last decade plus. They're knowledgeable, responsive, and speedy and they have fixed everything from broken pipes in the walls to clogged drain lines for us. f. This is a reveiw for Michael Longwell who performed plumbing services for a rental porperty owned in Boulder, CO. Our rental unit is located in a two-story condominium with an underground parking garage. In early January 2026 a leak was discerned in the garage. Numerous plumbers came to the property but were unable to figure out where the leak was coming from. The HOA of the property then called Planet Plumbing and Michael Longwell came out to inspect the problem. Within 30 minutes Michael figured out exactly where the leak was coming from and what unit in the property the leak emanating from. The leak was coming from the tub in the unit above our unit. Michael determined to locate the leak he would need to go into the bathroom wall of our unit, so we scheduled a time for Michael to go into our wall. Within 15 minutes Michael located the cause of the leak, which was an HOA pipe, and the leak was 100% fixed within an hour. All can say is Michael was a fantastic in every aspect of the work he performed as he was courteous...
