Dr. David Hile graduated from the Ohio State University College of Medicine and finished his residency at Darnall Army Medical Center, located in Fort. Hood, Texas while in the U.S. Army. Dr. Hile has been deployed several times to support Operation Iraqi Freedom. He continues to serve as a Reserve Army Officer. While serving as a surgeon with the U.S. SpecialOperationsForces, he was awarded the Bronze Star in recognition of his superior service. Before leaving Yale University to concentrate on innovative, evidence-based approaches to pain management, Dr. Hile served as an Assistant Professor in Emergency Medicine. His multidisciplinary approach to pain management is effective and long-lasting. He is also a member of American Academy of Procedural Medicine
