My phone calls were never returned even though Gracepoint Publishing was supposed to be open. Gracepoint Publishing backed me up for two years to launch my book and card deck. Empathy Unchained™: Heal Your Trauma. Uplift Your World, my book, and my Empathy Unchained™ DEIA Conversation Deck was launched. Now, I am confident that I can help make the world a more inclusive and empathetic place. The Gracepoint team's editing and design work made my book and cards exemplary. Their team also provided emotional support, as the journey from idea to book to publishing is long and solitary. I was experiencing challenges with my current publishing company. I began writing a book that took almost a year. I hired a coach who helped me write the book. Luckily, I was introduced to Michelle, who has been so helpful in answering my queries.
