ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

National Driver Training started in 1994 as the USA's first parent-taught driver education course, which used VHS and textbooks. Our journey started in Colorado and was expanded to an online course in over 35 states due to advances in technology. This is especially evident in driving, where even the tiniest "rookie mistake" can have serious consequences. As parents, you must make sure you have the time for practice. Young drivers become more secure if they practice more and their habits are better established when the inevitable peer pressure occurs. Saving lives and promoting safety is our goal, while competitors strive to be faster and easier. In times when the accident rate and risk factors for young drivers are increasing, we find it utterly reprehensible to teach the same material.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

The reviews paint a wholly positive picture of the driving test and training facility. All of them mention how considerate and welcoming the staff members are, and they frequently compliment the instructor, Mike. People praise Mike for his ability to make them feel at ease, communicate effectively while giving them excellent driving advice. Some reviews mention the impact of his instruction on their driving skills and emotional state. Several of the reviewers reveal that the training improved their driving confidence. Many customers rate the facility as the best place to conduct a driving test, credit its ease, and attribute its competence to the fact that it is a walk-in testing center. Most reviewers recommend the facility for anyone looking for a test location. Positive attributes include professionalism, quality of customer service, speed, and how the testers make the candidates feel during the test. Multiple reviewers mark the facility as a five-star place and are eager to recommend it for the personalized, quality service they received. The few reviews with negative themes are quickly dismissed as being from dissatisfied customers. Two reviewers call the facility exceptional and remark on how much they have learned from the training.
