Cook Street School of Culinary Arts opened in 1999 and offers a unique culinary education for culinary experts and home cooks. We focus on food and wine education to adult learners in an accelerated format. Our recreational classes are available throughout the year, allowing food- and wine-enthusiasts and those who enjoy cooking to learn and have fun. Established in 1999, Cook Street has been a staple in the Denver area for 23 years. Many of our alumni have gone on to have successful careers in the culinary and hospitality industries. Our Professional Culinary Program is an intensive, hands-on program that will have you trained and ready to work in just 4 months! We also offer recreational cooking classes in the evenings and weekends for a more casual and fun environment. These evening classes teach people how to make dishes from around the world while learning new techniques and recipes. Our date nights and group classes are a great way to have a fun night out with your special someone or a group of friends. You can also host your next corporate team builder, private event, or even a wedding at our downtown location. Our historic building is centrally located and its warm setting will wow every guest who walks through the doors.
