ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Customer Feedback Summary: Coors Fitness Center is a mismanaged place. Two reasons why customers feel it would be best to ask them to ban children extracurricular activities. First, the tuition at the institution is high and thus when a student is unable to use the basketball courts or pools because they are being used by children and the institution finds the need to get more money is an attack on what they pay for. Second, if you are not a student and still pay for the gym membership, it is over $1,200 annually and you are also deprived of the included amentites such as pool and/or basketball courts since the institution rents the courts out to companies including, but not limited to children and VOLO. The institution should either charge less for the tuition students pay or rent the courts to other companies or have students who pay the brunt of the payments to have free reign over the facilities in which they are entitled to. Do Better DU board members because some people pay so that they can use the gym. 2. Two reasons why customers feel it would be best to ask them to ban children extracurricular activities. An excellent space for training, but...I purchased my membership in August after a frustrating experience at another gym while also interested in swimming at El Pomar Natatorium. The PositivesOverall, the service is excellent. The staff is young and friendly; they do not speak Spanish, which might be a problem if you do not speak English. The equipment is optimal, and the capacity at the opening time (6 am) offers an excellent workout experience. These days, with the return of classes, more people are present, but it is not overcrowded. The changing rooms, showers, and toilets are always clean, and in general, the spaces are well maintained. It is a safe environment, and you do not have to look at your personal belongings at every moment for fear that they will be stolen. The ConsThe membership is for six months and is very expensive compared to what they offer. The Pomar Natatorium has few hours available for open lap swim, and it is open during working hours when most people are at work. They also do not respond to emails, whether the ones sent from the website or the ones sent to the offices. Therefore, anyone considering Coors Fitness Center because of the pool, I would not recommend it. There are other places with more hours available at a much lower cost. Additional Feedback6. A decent speed pool with bulkheads and superb starting blocks; love the big scoreboard. Only 5 feet between the edge of the pool and a concrete bulkhead by the starting blocks, which can quickly get cramped. Very little athlete seating for big events. For backstrokers, few guides on the ceiling to naturally follow. 8. A decent speed pool with bulkheads and superb starting blocks; love the big scoreboard. Stopped by so my wife could get her second COVID-19 shot. 12. Love the Coors fitness center for its accessiblity and variety of workout equipment. Plus the price is great! 13. Not a fan of the way they pushed Jean-Luc Moreau out and the direction the gym is heading 14. High prices, short hours, unprofessional staff
