Call again, another call center person, “let me have your name, and someone will call you back”. “WHY DO YOU HAVE A SERVICE NUMBER IF I CAN’T SPEAK TO SOMEONE WHO WORKS AT MSS WHO KNOWS ANYTHING??”. Here we are at 11:30am, still no call, no show, and no way to talk to someone to know when or IF they will show up at all. AVOID. Appointment: Today 9-9:30 am, by 10 no show, call with AI. Here we are at 11:30, still no call, no show, and no way to talk to someone. Today 9-9:30. no show. MSS cleaning was a no show. I tried to call multiple times and got zero explanation. Do not waste your time booking an appointment. Would not recommend this company. After cleaning, my couch was left covered in water stains and completely ruined. When I reached out to let them know, their only response was, “oh man, that’s what I was afraid of.” No solutions offered, no accountability, just my damaged couch. Very unprofessional experience. No star review for MSS Carpet cleaning. They were a no show for a scheduled pick up. Alex had even called a few days prior to ask if he could come later due to the previous job taking more time. I was fine with that, we moved furniture and waited. No show, no call. I tried to call and text multiple times over the next several days and no one ever responded to my texts or calls. The AI voicemail was all I could get. It seems this is a common practice with this company and I agree with other reviewers that there are come really great quality cleaners in the Denver area and you are best advised to stay away from MSS Carpet Cleaning. April 4th, 2025, 3:00 p.m. I rescheduled from Tuesday the 1st as my condo required a portable unit of a few days. By 3:00 p.m., I had moved all my furniture off the floor and was sure the cleaning guys would show up. They didn't, so I called thrice, straight to voicemail. I requested a callback to confirm if anyone was coming, but no one responded. I even sent Alex, the technician who originally visited, three texts, but no reply. The lack of communication and professionalism was incredibly disappointing. Do not trust them to show up for your appointment. Alex was very efficient and helpful, he went out of his way to get the job done promptly! I highly recommend MSS Cleaning. 2/14/2025 at 300 pm. I received a text from Alex at 259 pm asking me to rescheduled due to him being on job longer than expected. The next appointment was scheduled for Wednesday at 900 am. I again received a text from Alex at 851am stating that it was too cold. The appointment was changed to later that day at 200 pm. Alex and his crew never showed up for the 200 pm appointment. Alex never returned text messages and I left 2 unanswered messages for the company. I had to rescheduled contracted work in my basement to accommodate this horrible companys failure to mange their time or schedule. MSS Cleaning and Alex business practices and customers service is abysmal and unacceptable. Giant waste of time. Apparently customer service or keeping their promised appointments mean nothing to these people. Do not use this company. Negative 5 stars. I scheduled a cleaning and got a confirmation email. The day of they no showed. I tried several phone numbers to get in touch with the company and they either went straight to voicemail or were disconnected. The next day I got an email saying my service was cancelled. I'm not even sure if this company is real, they could just be a bot. Either way, do not trust these people. We called a couple of the more well-known carpet cleaning brands in Denver but the prices they gave us were much higher than we expected. We then called MSS and got the pricing we expected. Having never heard of them, we were a little nervous about the quality but that nervousness went away quickly. Alex was friendly and efficient and did an awesome job on 2 area rugs and one room and stairs of wall-to-wall. Great company!
