The design is beautiful, highly functional and mobile-friendly – all no small feat, especially for a Family Resource Center like ours that runs many programs and services across two locations and three distinct audiences: participants, donors, and volunteers. Red Egg expertly streamlined the navigation, making it easy for visitors to give or receive help. Users are clearly directed via buttons and menus to the exact resource they seek — be it our food bank or thrift store, a way to donate funds or food, or an opportunity to explore volunteer opportunities. The team was responsive, even when the project grew beyond scope, and the result speaks for itself. Delaney and Elliana were as kind, patient, and collaborative as they were skilled as we fine-tuned the site.
