ABOUT   Services Excellence Summary

Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear, a traditional brick-and-mortar archery shop, was established in 1995. It was only a dream until Tom Clum, his sons, and many friends rolled up their sleeves and made it a reality. We are still family-owned and operated and would like to meet you! The coffee will always be hot. We have an indoor archery range and a complete line of traditional and compound archery. Benchmade and optic from Vortex, Swarovski, Sitka, Kifaru/Mystery Ranch packs, and more. A wide selection of knives. We offer fast, professional sharpening. We provide free archery lessons to anyone who visits. Come in and experience a place where everyone knows your name and feels like family.

SUMMARY   Reviews Summary

Our analysis highlights a consistent theme and mood in 15 customer reviews of Rocky Mountain Specialty Gear. RMS has exceptional staff that deliver top-notch customer service. Their expertise is commendable, and it is often cited as one of the shop's top selling points. For example, Jerry and Felix are consistently mentioned as being helpful, insightful, and patient, providing practical advice on equipment and technique that helped customers improve their performance. RMS is also an archery equipment emporium where customers can quickly get any equipment they need. A couple of patrons came to RMS for tuning or lessons and had their arrows blown away by Tom's knowledge and recommendation. Contructively, some archers noted that the shop might be a little bit understaffed during hunting season. Nevertheless, the general consensus of reviewers is that they would suggest RMS to newcomers to the sport and seasoned archers alike. RMS is well made and well managed and has a positive impact on many autumners.
