I called the Iyer Law Office with some simple questions about a traffic citation. Mr. Iyer kindly answered my questions and offered me a bit of guidance in the duration of our brief phone call. It was difficult to receive a call back from any of the law offices I reached out to with my simple question, as answering it was not going to be profitable for the lawyer. However, Mr. Iyer seemed more than happy to help me understand my options and showed care for my situation even if I was not to become a client. Worst, most incompetent attorney I have ever met in my life. I wish I had never used this attorney. He didn’t even know how to work a zoom call for a court appearance. He also stated he didn’t want to “use his internet” and asked if he could come to my house for the zoom appearance… When it was his turn to speak, he was incoherent and had no idea what he was talking about. I honestly thought he was intoxicated. It was to the point where the judge actually had to stop him and ask him what he was talking about and what he was trying to say. This attorney cost me time and money. I believe I would’ve been better off not having an attorney at all then having to deal with this person. He complicated what should have been a relatively simple case and caused me to have a far worse outcome than I would have had. I never in my life would recommend this attorney and believe he should be disbarred for ineffective counsel. 7. V Iyer took my call immediately while driving. He gave me some great advice about mentioning the willingness to the do the Alive at 25 course to get a few points knocked off my citation. 8. If you are looking for an attorney with empathy, heart, dedication, hard work, grit, and the ability to define until the end - all you need to do is hire Mr. V Iyer! Mr. Iyer takes him time getting to know his clients, prepares his case around the individual and their needs, he fought for me and my daughter, and helped secure the outcome necessary to secure the custody deserved. Before starting any calls or meetings, he’d ask me how we were doing - and wait for a genuine answer, because V really cares for us, and the outcome of our case.
