Customer Feedback Highlights Game changing for my business. Commercial kitchen space is hard to come by in the valley, I held off because I wanted to keep my costs low, looking back I wish I went to the Incubator sooner. The BIC provided everything I needed and and more. From the kitchen, to the staff and business resources, a true blessing for the area. They are my business best friend that I didn't know I needed! Don't let them pressure you into a loan. I went in for $13,000 but they wanted me to get insurance for 8 months before the business was even open and that was $8,000 for the type of business it was, didn't have enough capital to advertise after that since I had to pay another $8,000 the first quarter the business was open. Their education is valuable but their loan restrictions are unfair. They're still requesting documentation even after the business is closed and I'm paying off the loan timely every month. Classes, one on one coaching, and resources to help with your entrepreneur questions and revolving loan fund for small business loans. If you are interested in starting a business, this is the place to start. They have a good breadth of all things entrepreneurial and what it takes to form and run a business. Awesome office, manufacturing, and services rental space for new businesses along with classes for entrepreneurs. Before we applied for a loan at the Business Incubator, we had been declined by three banks in town for the same project. Thanks to Dean and the decision board at The Revolving Loan Fund, we were able to purchase and renovate the building to expand our business and beautify the Main Street area.
