I put my account in "freeze" mode because I haven't used it in months. I was still charged 120 dollars in the last two months and only now told the "freeze" option is only good for 3 months, which was NEVER mentioned when I initially froze the membership. I spoke to "Jessica" at the corporate Denver office, who informed me she would not be refunding any of my money, despite what I was or wasn't told by employees at the local salon about the freeze status fees, and she also refused to connect me to her supervisor. This is atrocious customer service. Zero integrity will eventually be the ruin of this company.
