The teachers appear to be seasoned, with excellent communication skills and always ready to assist the students' different needs. Pupils, both new and returning, note that the teachers are very patient, particularly adept at dealing with the nervousness of anxious learners, hence the driving school is very accommodating and encourages this. They also seem to form a link with the learners and encourage them through difficult times. This environment has the benefit of instilling courage in learners who are not used to it.
