Client Comments: This business is considerably more client-friendly than the previous ones I have worked with. I value that they react rapidly and strive to fix the situation. I am indeed upset that a solid lien payoff cannot be correctly calculated, and Marlaina Norman has refused to acknowledge my 9+ phone calls to discuss their oversight. Poor service and clearly poor record keeping. I have consulted WesternLaw Group for over a decade as President of a bigger local HOA and I find their service exceptionally pleasing. The group is steeped in HOA Law and quick to respond to my inquiries, offering sound legal advice at a competitive fee. It is an outstanding Law firm with excellent lawyers. It is awesome that they continue to advance, evolving their servcies. They are open to almost anything you need as long as you are working with them, and they consistently exceed my expectations. Their new location sounds promising, as the building is being renovated and modernized. This is an upgrade from the Older building that was slowly fading. +5 stars of 5. Mr. Stefu and the amiable legal personnel at Western Law Group are professionals, and they are real experts in efficient HOA and community association law. They handle all the tasks that are required by our homeowners association. I like knowing that I can call you and get information about what my rights are and that you will use your many years of community association expertise to help us solve this. I have to agree with the other guy that I'm a bit alarmed by the negative feedback on this profile. These HOA attorneys in Denver/Thornton are clearly the absolute best choice to work with community association law attorneys that provide effective representation in many HOA matters such as vendor contract review, covenant enforcement, and compliance disputes. I feel that any community association and any individual living in an HOA would be fortunate to work with you and hire your legal services. LOL. The primary statement of this guy's negative review reads "This place is AWFUL!", and it's already a headshaking moment followed by saying, "This must be an angry homeowner who missed a few payments and they received a collection letter from the law firm and yes after reading more that is what this is. This is not okay.. These Denver HOA attorneys are the best, they succeed at client representation and community law, let's not forget that you might get angry at your HOA but it is not the lawyer's fault. Highly recommended! It is disappointing to see Western Law Group, one of the better-rated HOA attorneys in Denver Metro, comes out so low. I think all these negative complaints in HOAs where a member or resident could make a complaint, many times will it be directed at the attorney when the anger is the law. Again and again, I find Western Law Group to be the most referred lawyers for HOA and community law representation. While many people might not think the law firm is of very high standards, Marlaina has been great to work with. While she might have not responded as soon as I would have loved her response, she has always provided the information and help that I needed. I never write bad reviews, but they deserve public condemnation for their actions. My family spent a lot of time traveling so we missed a few payments in the HOA. The law firm inherited the debt, so I called them to pay it. They never responded to my calls, and I kept getting voice mail. I left many voice mails but never got a call back. Instead, they emailed me the response, which after taking them several days. By the time I could get my ways on how to pay, they had increased the charges. Usually a debt collector should always be on top of the game and make calls. These people don't even pick up the phone!! I hope this will be my first and last bad review I make for any business. Great law firm! Great people...Great law firm...strongly recommend Western Law Group!!! This place is AWFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! (NEGATIVE). Do NOT use these people. I have had VERY bad experiences with them. Stay away!!!!!
