Apple Aire Heating & Cooling Customer Feedback Feedback 1: A phone call to Apple Aire lead to saving us a load of money. Dylan and his helper were both courteous and efficient. At the end of the day, we had a new gas unit and air handler installed by a couple of great guys. We will remain using APPLE AIRE FOR ALL OF OUR FUTURE ISSUES WITH OUR A/C system. Thanks Apple Aire for a great job. Feedback 2: Apple Aire heating and cooling recently installed a heat pump for our home. They were very professional and efficient from our sales to installation. I would recommend them to everyone!! Feedback 3: Jeff was very friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all of my questions. Glad we went with AppleAire, thanks Jeff. Feedback 4: They be out to look at it , and then installed it all in one day. Have always had a great working relationship with them, and now I am glad to be a customer. Feedback 5: Huge thank you to the team at AppleAire for an incredible water heater replacement experience. Eric was honest and thorough during the estimate, and Devin and Clayton were fast, professional, and extremely friendly during the install. Truly great people who deliver quality work. We’ll recommend Apple every time. Feedback 6: Always professional and courteous, Apple Aire did a great job with our gables fan replacement. Benny was a champ and I appreciate his getting the job done for us this afternoon - and yes, even on a cool day, it was quite warm up there, so extra appreciation for the work he did for us today! Feedback 7: Their technician was very nice but ultimately they didn't fix anything. I was told I needed to add a new return vent and possibly replace my furnace as it was a poor fit for the house. When they left, they gave me quotes for both but ultimately didn't fix anything.

I called another company who came out the same week and found that the only issue was my outside unit being coated in cottonwood tree seeds. It looked%;"={}#xa0;like it had a sweater around it.

So I'm not sure if they didn't know what they were doing or just incentivized to sell me a more expensive fix but needless to say I was pretty disappointed with the $800 I paid them. My AC has worked perfectly since having the other company come out. Feedback 8: I have never been treated better by a company. Very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. I will spread the word throughout the neighborhood. You would be silly to use any other company. They will have a customer for life. Feedback 9: Very professional would recommend to everyone anytime Feedback 10: Shane has been here twice to service my Heat pump system. Super professional and personable. Very happy with his attention to detail Feedback 11: Candice was wonderful to talk to she listened cared about the issue.shane came out to figure out the issue with the airconditioner, he was very professional very nice, he fixed what the other company did wrong got our air conditioner working again. Thank you Apple Air for having these two associates. Apple aire is not a company that is after your money. Shane is a well skilled technician, who cares about his clients this company is honest and respectful Highly recommend them. Thank you Shane for your hard work and thank you Candance for a great attitude. Feedback 12: Liars and con artists! My AC quit working and I called Apple Aire for a diagnostic. They told us our compressor was shot and that since our system was so old we needed a whole new system which they quoted us $19K minimum. Then I called another company for a second quote (thankfully) and turned out it was just the capacitor and they fixed it for $270. Do not use!! Feedback 13: I appreciate the timely and excellent service I always receive from Apple Aire. Feedback 14: We had a great experience from start to finish. After calling around to a few different places, we decided to go with this company, and I'm really glad we did. They were easy to get ahold of, showed up on time, and got everything fixed without any hassle. What stood out to me most was how honest they were. They didn't try to upsell us or make the repair seem more complicated than it was. They just explained the issue, gave us our options, and got the job done. Our AC has been working perfectly ever since. It's nice knowing there's a company out there that's dependable and treats people right. We'll definitely be using them again if we ever need HVAC work in the future. Feedback 15: I don't usually leave reviews, but these guys absolutely deserve one. My AC quit working, and they got me taken care of way faster than I expected. The technician showed up when he said he would, was really respectful, and explained what was wrong without trying to sell me a bunch of things I didn't need.
The whole process was easy from start to finish. Everyone I talked to was friendly, and you can tell they actually care about their customers. The price was fair, the work was done right, and my house is finally cool again.
It's hard to find honest companies these days, but I wouldn't hesitate to call them again or recommend them to friends and family. Thanks again for the great service!
