I continued my training with Grand Master Fu Wei Zhong, Master FaXiang Hu, Dr. Ming Wu, and Master FaXiang in Tui Na and medical Qigong. I also studied at Hartford Family Institute in West Hartford, CT. This institute offers training in body-oriented Gestalt therapy. This system views humans as being whole and strives to address the many levels that make up being human: energetic, mental, emotional, and spiritual. Qigong's natural healing and balancing effects attracted me to the practice in 1994. Meditation is a practice I have been practicing for over 30 years. It has helped me reduce stress and improve my quality of life. I am an ordained Minister in the Circle of the Sacred Earth. In my capacity as a minister I am able to provide spiritual guidance. Also, I create and facilitate ceremonies that mark and celebrate the various life transitions.
