The nervous system is the focus of bodywork that will restore the ease and joy you lost when stress took over. I focus on deep relaxation and the nervous system, whether it is swedish or deep tissue. I have studied Massage Therapy in Tempe Arizona at Southwest Institute of Healing Arts. Spirit of Yoga Tempe gives a 200-hour Yoga concentration, and Gary Strauss is a world-renowned Polarity Therapy Instructor and Master Practitioner of Integrative Craniosacral Therapy. My practice focuses on the nervous system, which allows clients to feel a sense of deep relaxation they don't normally get in our modern society. The deeper relaxation state allows for natural healing to occur and can restore the energy that is normally affected by stress . This work has been a great help to me as a client, and I've also used it myself.
