Customer feedback: 1. I had the delight of meeting Attorney Edward Smith and his associate Kim. What wonderful delightful people. MR Attorney Smith was very pleasant to speak with. If ever need a great Attorney there's one just around the corner here in Bristol. Thank you again 2. Ed and his staff handled probate for me and I found them to be considerate and most helpful. At one of the worst times in my life he came through and took away my stress and treated me with respect. Thank you. 3. Most rude, unprofessional organization, business ( can not even refer to him as an at attorney)! Call to ask a question, not even polite enough to say "Good bye" on the phone, they just hang up.  Tried to ask a question, employee told me "there is no reason to respond to you right now, letter is in the mail." Asked if I could come in to talk to him, told me he had NO TIME FOR THAT! Really? I had tax questions... 4. Attorney Ed Smith and his staff made closing on the sale of our house so easy, even though we were 3,000 miles away throughout the process. All our questions were answered quickly and professionally. The cost for all the legal expenses were surprising low. It is with great pleasure that I can wholeheartedly recommend attorney Ed Smith! 5. I have been dealing with Atty. Ed Smiths office for approximately 20 years now.  They have assisted in my buying and selling of 3 homes. I have to say they are on target, extremely accurate and very kind.  They tend to charge basic rates.
