I had a time limit to buy a house within He was suppose to look over a lease and get back to me, he never did. I left a voicemail and called multiple times explaining it was the last day and I really needed him to reply. he never even contacted me back, honestly I would go with anyone else if possible.2. While I do not work with Peter directly, the firm has lived up to their high reputation and done a stellar job on supporting my real estate affairs. I have only worked with them for one month but their prices are fair, and they are meticulous, responding to all my inquiries with detail and in a timely manner.3. Peter has worked several of our real estate legal issues and just has done a great deal. The first one was when he was sitting on the sellers side, he found a fairly glaring error that our lawyer should have picked up on. We then utilized his firm for our next 3 transactions. Approachable and precise... he has been a great addition to our transactions.4. I've been closing homes with the Peter Hoops over the last 30 years.
