I'm stopped at a red light on South Street in West Hartford, waiting to turn left and there's a car to my left also waiting to turn left. I turned into the right hand lane on New Britain Avenue and the other car turned into the middle lane. I turned first and noticed the other car had turned without using a turn signal. The car then speeds up and cuts me off, pulling into my lane, again with no turn signal. We come to the next corner, New Park Avenue, and we both turn right. Again, no turn signal. I get into the left lane and pull up next to the car. I see Epicct.com on the side of the car and there is only one person in the car...the driver, and he is playing with his GPS. Would you want your children learning to drive with a thoughtless instructor like this?
