This establishment operates with a total lack of professionalism. We were very disappointed with the unprofessional experience my mother received. Just disgusting – never encountered rude like it.ellido horrible The attorney we were planning to meet was not available after we arrived for the consultation, so we met with another attorney in her absence. The second attorney was not prepared to meet with us, arriving 25 minutes late to the appointment and creating an inappropriate tone for the meeting. When the attorney finally arrived, there was no acknowledgment of her delays or apology. In addition to the attorney not even being present for the appointment, she seemed disinterested in my mother's concerns. The attorney was very abrupt in her approach, asking directly, “who is this?” when I entered the room. The interaction was very dismissive, and there was no attempt to create a welcoming or professional environment. Although my mother expressed discomfort over the attorney’s delay, the attorney responded coldly and blamed my mother rather than taking responsibility for being late. The attorney reminded my mother that the appointment was at 9:00 and that she had made an exception to their usual policy of denying clients who arrive late for appointments. The attorney’s attitude towards the consultation was unprofessional, disrespectful, and dismissive of the client’s time and effort in the arrangements.
