Orthodontist assistant Aliza was spectacular with how she communicated, how my son felt while getting with her. She went above and beyond to explain and included him with what she was doing to make him as comfortable as possible. I am very happy with the service I received today. 6. Good experience, they treated me super well and very good at what they do: Aliza 7. We’ve had a great experience with iSmile Orthodontics throughout my son’s treatment. He is now starting his second phase of braces and every time we go in has always been a positive experience. Courtney put his braces on this time and did an excellent job. She was so kind, patient, and thorough, and really made him feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I especially appreciated how she took the time to make sure he understood everything he needed to do to properly care for his braces and maintain good oral hygiene. It’s always reassuring as a parent when someone takes the extra time to not only do their job well but also makes sure your child feels comfortable and understands what’s expected of them. We’ve been very happy with iSmile and would definely recommend them. *the front desk staff is always welcoming and kind! Jenn always greats my son by name and chats with him!* 8.
