It was my ordinary route that I took to avoid heavy traffic as it was around 4pm. I had just made a turn onto a road in front of a Wawa when a car ran the stop sign from Wawa’s parking lot and hit my vehicle. My vehicle was totaled. I was hurt and after a couple days ended up at the Hospital emergency room. I was concerned because I had surgery 6/7 months before the accident I thought that would have been held against me. I called Mark & Harrison and spoke with Mr.John Avery who advised me I indeed have a lawsuit. I went through over 2 years of treatment and physical therapy before being released by my doctor. This was my first ever filing a lawsuit and had not a clue what to expect. Mr. Ayer’s and his team held two negotiation meetings and a settlement was agreed upon at the second meeting.
