I was using Arcadia Energy before it was bought out by Sol Systems. This company has a lot of issues. During the transfer there was an issue with billing and my electric bill was almost past due, till I stepped to pay it. I contacted the company and they said everything was in place and I should have any concerns. I then ended paying two more months. Yesterday they told me they no longer do bill paying and they can't work with my electric company. I am not sure what happened from I have no problem to they don't do that anymore. I did receive my $15 back that they did charge me over the last three months. Avoid this business.
