There are conflicting reviews of Service Today, a plumbing company, leading to a mixed overall rating. However, the excellent customer treatment and professionalism referred to in the first review are why the company is in my top 10 list. An example of this is when product manager Jack Grist and the crew assisted a customer with problematic sewage line repairs. They stayed late to complete the repairs and then assisted with the city’s pipe problems. They never forced the customer into the fight to fix the house, and the customer depended on Service Today for the heavy lifting! However, some less-than-flattering reviews were left for the plumbers, who were accused of dishonesty, overcharging, and delaying service. Thus, some customers think they are untrustworthy and unreliable, which isn't possible and very disappointing.
