We will not be using you for any further work, charged for things that were not done, the receipt does not even show what was actually done. 600 dollar charge because he "flushed it out" .... with nothing used to flush it out.Then quoted another 750ishb to fix the piping. The heater is months old....I still don't know what I actually paid for. He was not there very long. I will say the worker was nice and I do think he knew his stuff. But I think the company he works for is a scam.
2. Outstanding service! Everything was done quickly! When we had a sewage line backup, John Wiley was the first plumber to come out to our house! Despite the late hour, he snaked our line late into the nighttime! Then the next day, SERVICE TODAY sent their specialist, Jack Grist, who together with his team, replaced our sewage line from the house to the city line. Jack worked on our behalf negotiating with the city for an issue on their side of the line. Jack took a stressful situation and navigated the problem to a final solution!!!! After working all day with Jack, we finished up with Jerry Ashby, who expertly replaced and installed two new Toilets!3. I want my money back and I want the BBB involved. OR I am getting a lawyer. My husband is a filter fitter for a living and the amount of money that we paid for the work that was done and what we paid for which was nothing was ridiculous. Wouldn't say anything to his boss overall wouldn't recommend to anyone without a proper explanation of what we paid for based on what was done. 4. I want my money back and I want the BBB involved.
