Our bankruptcy paperwork was returned from Bankruptcy Court with the wrong property listed, and your office never corrected it. Said paperwork was NEVER shown to us. Because of Thomas Jaworski's office and staff's incompetence, we lost our property to sheriff's sale after being released from bankruptcy. This mistake is unreal and quite costly as there is nothing we can do to rectify it without paying for another bankruptcy. Some of the things these reviews do not mention: 1. FILING PRICING: $2,399 for both joint and single filings. 2. Theable Department of Justice (Trustee Office) will not sight of your bankruptcy caseyou advanced filing process. 3. PAYMENT FOR BANKRUPTCY: Payment needed upfront. Sorry, the process is not convenient. In these cost comparisons, it is clear that the Law Office of William F. Jaworski is too expensive. Conclusion Mr. Jaworski is one of the kindest individuals to work with, especially at a time and through a process that is extremely personal and humbling. Prior seemingly situations of being mistreated by the system that saw us lose our key assets that made us go for chapter 13 bankruptcy was too stressful and confusing. I would refer anybody to him and his firm with the utmost confidence that they would have an extremely satisfactory experience. Very knowledgeable and explains things in plain English. Helpful and Friendly staff. Was very responsive to all of our questions. Everything happened in our case as was explained. Would recommend very highly. Can't get this guy to ever return my phones calls. Either always with someone, out of office, day off, in court, hasn't got in yet, out to a meal, busy, or just doesn't answer.
