Recent Reviews Rating: Law firm five stars because they get the job done. Used them multiple times. Zero stars out of five for communication constantly having to call them for updates about what’s going on with documents and information. It will take two months to get a call back for completing a trust in November and now just talking to them today and they still do not have the binder with documents ready for me when they said it would only take two weeks. Thankfully, this will be the last time using them only used them multiple times because they already have all the information from me and give you a discount for reusing them. My mother was advised very poorly by this practice. I fully intend on reporting how she was treated to the better business bureau. The lack of professionalism is extremely upsetting. Not one phone call she made was ever returned. She was advised on her final call with the office. They would assist her further “if she wanted to hire the attorney to move forward with a lawsuit.” I deeply regret my mom seeking legal help from this practice. I do not like writing bad reviews but this was a very bad experience I felt necessary to share.
