Feedback Summary 1. I always hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Roberti and assistant Shamelia made it easy. They were kind and considerate. The office was clean, and I will be back. 2. Great experience overall. The whole process was friendly, easy, and comfortable. Dr. Roberti and the staff were very welcoming! I’d recommend this clinic to friends. 3. Amazing experience! The check-up was thorough, and the doctor explained treatment options. I appreciated the patience and honesty about my needs. The front desk staff clarified my insurance questions. 4. Great staff 5. This is garbage. Absolutely terrible... They try to scare you into thinking your oral health is worse than it is to upcharge you and invoice you a large sum at the clinic. Having dental insurance, I have never in my life had to pay for a teeth cleaning and was scammed and charged $2000 between paying at the clinic and what insurance claimed I owe them for teeth cleaning. I am healthy, 29 with no dental problems. I visit the dental clinic 2-3 times a year and never skip an appointment. Read all review, everyone almost has the same complaint. It’s time to let authorities know the fraudulent activity happening at this dental clinic. I will be filing a complaint with the state dental board and notifying the authorities about the fraudulent activity at this dental clinic ASAP. 6. I had a lovely time and I would recommend my family to come here 7. I had a good experience at this clinic highly recommend staff was very knowledgeable on the procedure I needed to get done and I was able to get a cleaning same day. Hygienist was amazing 8. I was helped by Dayana at the front desk and she was absolutely lovely! She was very sweet and professional and greeted me with a big smile from the get-go. She provided me with all the information I needed and in a way that I understood, she was just very pleasant to talk to and made me feel at ease. I love being greeted by a friendly face and it’s clear that she is very positive… she really made my experience smooth and exciting! 9. I was helped by Dayana at the front desk and she was absolutely lovely! She was very sweet and professional and greeted me with a big smile from the get-go. She provided me with all the information I needed and in a way that I understood, she was just very pleasant to talk to and made me feel at ease. I love being greeted by a friendly face and it’s clear that she is very positive… she really made my experience smooth and exciting! 10. I had such a pleasant experience at Dentist of Boca Village! Dr. Roberti was absolutely amazing she was incredibly gentle and took the time to explain everything step by step, answering all of my questions with so much patience and care. You can truly tell that she prioritizes her patients’ wellbeing and wants you to feel informed and comfortable every step of the way. The Dental Hygienist ,Huma, was just as fantastic she was so gentle during my cleaning, super kind, and did a phenomenal job explaining the procedure as well as how to properly maintain my oral health at home. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless, and the office manager and staff were extremely friendly, creating such a welcoming and calming atmosphere from the moment I walked in. I also really appreciated how organized and efficient everything was, with minimal wait time and smooth scheduling. Overall, this practice goes above and beyond to make patients feel cared for, respected, and confident in their dental health- I highly recommend them! 11. While of course I hate the upcoming expenses, I deeply appreciate Jorge's willingness to work with me to help make my treatment doable. Dr. Roberti, the dentist, was amazingly clear and kind in her explanations of what was needed and in every step of the treatment along the way. And Paula, who I assume is a dental tech, was kind, helpful at every step, patient and competent. Altogether a great team! 13. I came in for a basic check-up and clean and ended up spending an hour with extra tests and was told I had precursors and needed to undergo a $400 deep cleaning. Then, I was told I need to come in every 3 months for cleaning and I had an 85% chance of needing a root canal. It felt like I was being sold the whole time. I found it very fishy and got a second opinion from my usual dentist. We shared my records and payment plan and she said she saw no signs of the problem I was told I had and that the regular cleaning was good enough. I had my cavities taken care of and no root canal! I know clinics can be different but this felt overstretched and I later learned other people had similar off-the-mark sales pitches. I would strongly suggest considering a second opinion before you sign up here. I thought the practice was very corporate in style and focused on making me buy the most expensive options. I much preferred the personal, patient-focused experience I usually find at a privately managed practice.
