She was sold a house that had been deliberately concealed and discovered a termite infestation that caused structural damage hidden by the seller. This customer was sold a house with leaks, electrical issues, and plumbing problems. As a result, she has to dig up and update the plumbing. Again the seller fraudulently remodeled the house and made an additional bathroom to sell it, but the plumbing was out of code. Secondly, the seller used their title company when transacting and forced the customer to hire a lawyer and then included a solar panel cost, which was already fitted (Google review, 2020). 4. My experience has been awful. This customer bought a house sold by the wholesaler with leaks, electrical issues, and plumbing problems. The house was remodeled by the seller, who made an additional bathroom, but the plumbing was out of code. The customer also noted that the condition from the seller was to transact through their title when buying. Besides, the seller added a solar panel cost, which was already put in place and demanded that the customer hires a lawyer. The customer concludes she regrets everything (Google review, 2020). 5.
