Twin Eagles Customer Service Review: 1. We discovered a leak in our old copper piping and decided the best long-term solution was to redo the entire plumbing system in our condominium by repiping through the walls. This approach gave us peace of mind that we would avoid future leaks in the concrete slab. We hired Twin Eagles Plumbing, and they were the first, and only plumbing contractor we contacted. From the start, their service was impressive. They answered the phone on a holiday, arrived on time, and completed the project within the timeframe they promised. Their pricing was fair for such an extensive repipe, and even better, the work passed inspection on the first attempt. It’s clear they take pride in their workmanship and deliver quality results. One important note: Twin Eagles does not handle drywall replacement, so you will need to hire a general contractor separately. I highly recommend getting multiple estimates for that portion, as pricing can vary significantly from very expensive to quite reasonable. It would be a great added value if Twin Eagles considered offering drywall repair as part of their services in the future, as it would make the entire process much more seamless and convenient for customers. I would hire Twin Eagles again and highly recommend them!2. Steve was amazing. He fixed my pool auto waterfill because another company messed it up. He redid it and walked me through to show what he did. This is a great company and will be referring them to anyone that needs plumbing work.3. The technician was bilingual, very knowledgeable, professional. He came Sunday morning and connected hydro jetting. Cleared my main pipe. Then next day another technician run camera all the way to the city drain and it’s cleared. This company is serious. The cost was near $700 for hydro jetting snake and camera. I guess that’s average. They promptly solved the issue and I am thankful for that.4. Had a late night plumbing issue in which we could not use our water, and Twin Eagles was able to provide fast and wonderful service! The CEO himself came out to help address our problem and got our water up-and-running! Couldn’t be happier!5. Got to my house very quickly for an emergency repair and did a great job.6.
