Kelly Helm worked for a fabulous vacation rental business on Anna Maria Island for 12 years when she had the opportunity to "jump ship" and try a different profession. During the interview for that role, Kelly was asked if she could bring all aspects of property management "in house" and save the association cash and time from dealing with the "big" property management companies who seem to regard their clients as "just a number." Kelly learned exactly what to take on this giant of a task. She was not the business's first manager, and she started getting the wheel turning. She got her CAM Management company permission along with all the insurance needs. Opened an "off-site office," and put her staff in place after making the right decision. It was an easy decision what to name her new company....as she feels any community association management is all about being able to control, to guide and direct your association on the right course, thus "At the HELM" Property Management speaks for itself the rest is history.
