Feedback recap: I very sadly give this review as the only other option. I contracted Eric and Nicole to complete two websites at the same time due to my timeline ending this year. For the outset website, no development took place. The developer lost a loved one during this period, and I was more than accommodating and patient. After a few months, I got ghosted with my deposit. They stopped communicating; I never got work or communication. For the second site, I paid a deposit initially and then the other half much before the ending of the contract. In faith, I accorded them sympathy and understanding, as mentioned above personal tragedy struck. I had to hire another dev to finish the project. They became unresponsive, no communication at all. I also note that the project I paid for needed a lot of my attention more than the reputation they had. The work done required more hands-on than the reviews/reputation for them publicly. This review is to caution another misled customer. I hoped for a private settlement. All I want is a refund for the first site and a suitable solution for the second. I wish to settle this amicably, which is why I have sought their contacts in vain. Am now leaving this review because of their continued silence.
