He is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the roofing project. I live out of state and was worried that having a roof replaced would be a nightmare for me, but it was all so smooth and easy. The guys at Tri Peak were courteous, hard workers, and always cleaned up behind themselves. Through every step of the process, Jason was informative and kept me up to date on what was happening. This helped me feel comfortable with my decision and knowing what was expected. Transparency in terms of management and cost assure me of the predictability of the service I got provided before the construction. This assures me that the reasonableness of the treatment I got is guaranteed but may undergo design changes and negotiations.
