Logan from Home Love Construction visited our storm damaged home. He was very pleasant to deal with and most professional! He gave us an estimate immediately after inspecting the damage and assessing our proposed project, a very productive use of our time. He was patient while we considered our options. Ultimately, we decided that our project was unrealistic for us due the age and timing issues. Logan’s estimate was realistic and fair. 2.5 years ago, we ended up not doing a project with HomeLove when the design presented came in significantly over the budget we told them we needed to stay within. Ultimately, we ended up going with another design and build contractor. HomeLove did refund a portion of the design fees we paid at that time. Imagine my surprise to get a call from Evan today following up on how and why our project went sideways. While it doesnt undo the past, they could have just as easily chalked it up to "unreasonable client" and moved on. It says something good about a company that wants to understand its misses and learn from them. The Home Love Construction team was great with helping me bring my design for an addition of a 3 car garage with a 2nd story for an office and studio to life. Jake was very prompt when I texted him or called him with questions or changes. Thanks My company partners with HLC for sales administrative software, and the procurement process with them was quick, easy, and professional. They were a pleasure to work with! I have been working with Home Love Construction as a subcontractor for some time now, and I would like to share my professional experience. Up to this date, I have never experienced any issues with payments. All of my POs are executed strictly in accordance with the contract scope, and I consistently deliver my work on schedule. The Project Management team has always provided the necessary coordination and support to ensure that each phase runs smoothly. One of the recent projects, managed by Project Manager Léo de Souza, was executed seamlessly from start to finish, with clear communication, proper guidance, and excellent collaboration throughout the process.
