We had major home repairs that needed to be done, and they not only fixed everything but went above and beyond. They were punctual, professional, and extremely capable. Anytime I called, they answered and always put my mind at ease. Shaun Anderson and Sean Stickles are outstanding contractors, and by the end of the project, they genuinely made us feel like family. It went smoothly and the results are terrific. We get compliments from guests every week. The owners and GCs are great people who really care and use good communication. We are super grateful for this project. - I contracted with Shelby Construction for an addition on my house. Before I decided to go with Shelby, I spoke to many contractors, received multiple quotes, reviewed contracts, and met with each contractor at my property. Doing any major improvement on your home is an important decision and picking the right contractor was paramount to getting this project on the right foot. After months of going through this process, Shelby Construction, seemed to be the best fit from every perspective. I am more than pleased with my decision and they have not only met my expectations, but they have also exceeded them. They were very responsive to concerns and have impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written. 90% of the time they picked up the phone when I called them, and when they didn’t pick up, they always returned my call within a few hours. This kept me as ease throughout the entire construction process. They are easy to work with, accommodating, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful of your property. I have been so pleased with them, I have recommended them to close friends and family. Recently, I had another property of mine effected by the unfortunate hurricanes our area experienced. In a time of chaos, Shelby stepped in and offered help. When I questioned why they would want to take on such a small project, their response was; “You are a customer, and we take care of our customers!” If that doesn’t tell you what kind of Company Shelby Construction is, then nothing will. - I used Shelby for a repair on my house in order to close on it as well as the full renovation after we purchased it. We moved walls, and adjusted load bearing members, framed stuff, new electrical, plumbing, basically everything so it wasn’t necessarily a simple job. Shaun and Shaun were great to work with and communicated very clearly the whole time and we got what we wanted. Great experience - definitely recommend. - The Shelby Construction team did a fantastic job on my home renovation. We bought an older home which we knew needed a serious amount of work due to pests, mold, electrical issues and water intrusion in addition to being just plain dated. Think wood paneling and yellow laminate counters. We ended up gutting the house down to studs and rebuilding it with all new plumbing, AC, electrical, drywall etc. Shaun and his crew were very solution oriented and professional and made sure all of the work exceeded even my picky standards. I now have my dream home to raise my family in thanks to the Shelby team.
