Client Review Review: 1. I was very impressed with The Handyman Company Clearwater Home Repair. The initial contact to assess the job and provide an estimate was prompt and professional. The job was completed with remarkable speed and the outcome met my expectations.2. Our handyman was willing to go to Lowe;s to pick up a part we needed to rehang a pendant light that had come loose & fell out of the ceiling over our kitchen table. He was able to rehang it quickly, It was a little pricey at $150 but I can't do this type repair.3. The Handyman Company Clearwater Home Repair did not do a satisfactory job the first time I used them, but they came out for a follow up apointment. The company was responsive to my concerns and trustworthy.5. The shelf was mounted to a newly installed tile covered wall. The work was done quickly and professionally. It was also done at a reasonable cost.7. They did excellent work fixing the post on my front. I liked how he worked with me. He worked efficiently and tried to use the things I already had. He was very friendly and helpful.8. A few mos ago, we needed them to repair our leaning fence and streetside mailbox that needed some support. Our guy did a great job. He was very professional, dependable, friendly, and kind. I also should not have trusted them with the painting of my kitchen and painting and installation of a cooktop. The company’s handyman got paint on the cabinets, door knobs, appliances. The paint runs and there was no taping off on any thing. There was only one coat on the walls and the paint bled through. When they installed a cooktop, it was put in with liquid nails, and I can't remove it in the future to change the counters without breaking my cooktop. What a sham! I asked for a different person and he was worse. The person left water drops all down the side of the cabinets, and didn’t sand drips from the first guy. In addition, there was carpet fiber painted onto the baseboards. This is so useless and I feel wasted as I do not think removing that cooktop will be easy, and I think I'll have to buy another one.12. They installed a vanity in our bathroom that required a complete rewiring of our plumbing. It was a lot of work, and the job was completed beautifully. The guy was very communicative and friendly. He installed my shower grab bars and fixed the disposal switch in my kitchen no problem. Tony arrived on time and was awesome. If I need a handyman in the future, I'll certainly give The Handyman Company a call and request Tony.15. The first time I used this company was great. The second time around, the estimate for almost 2 hours. It was almost double what other companies quoted. When I emailed for a question, it took 5 days to get a response and the response was bought and rude from Alex, so I won't use them anymore. There are way too many handyman companies to be rude to customers, and charge them double.
