I contacted the company 2 weeks ago, spoke with Miriam, she mentioned someone will call. That someone called a week later and left a voicemail, then i returned the call and two weeks later i called again, spoke with Bryan and he promised (Monday 25th) i will have everything by e.mail. 4 days later nothing. So definitely if they are like that from the beginning i don't want to imagine what will happen if they take my account. I am also a business owner and definitely not the services i provide. Very disappointed with the experience on retuning calls or e.mail. 9/30/23 My response to your comment: Bryan the main reason of my review was the lack of response. How am i gonna be rude ,demanding or disrespectful when i never had any answer. We spoke on the phone once. you asked me questions about what i wanted and you said i will have a written estimate same day, 4 days later never came that is why i wrote the review.Adding your lack of response plus an estimate that never came. The 2 times Miriam answered the phone all she did was getting my number and saying that you will call, and of course that never happened. After i wrote the review you sent me a text apologizing that you had a family emergency, saying that was not an excuse Then you called and were very angry that i wrote the review. One more thing; Don't you think i was the one that didn't want to do business with your company=that is why i wrote the review, Because of you never answering any messages from day 1?
