After taking my payment, I have only heard from them maybe three times with the normal onboarding and sale pitch. I emailed them before it was time to run the next month payment. I informed them that I wasn’t happy and that under no circumstance were they to charge my card again. They totally disregarded the email and charged me anyway. It honestly feels like their entire operation is built around squeezing customers and hoping they give up before getting what they paid for. That’s not “bad service.” That’s calculated behavior.
