This place is THE WORST possible facility you could leave your loved one! The level of disrespect and rudeness is astonishing- when I told them my mom needs nocturnal bipap, they told me I’m not a doctor and they will do what they need to do. They started my mom’s rehab after 5 days, but they called me to discuss the financial aspects on the very next day ( what if the insurance runs out?)! The patients have to beg for all services, especially showers, that are public ( shared by all) and are located in the hallways!
They ignored my information and my mom decline progressively. She was taken in the middle of the night to the ER bc she couldn’t breathe, had critical levels of CO2, tragic levels of O2and had COMMUNAL ACQUIRED PNEUMONIA !
