They always have a smile on their face and are patient when I ask questions. Maria is especially great and very gentle with the teeth cleaning. The office is beautiful, and appointments are easy to schedule. I would highly recommend this place, especially for those who have anxiety because you will be treated with patience and reassurance every time.2. Very good staff3. Finding a new dentist is never an easy task... you read all the reviews and then take a leap of faith. I was referred to Dr. Staller's office by my kid's pediatric dentist. Hesitant at first, I made an appointment considering the dentist is on my dental ppo plan. Scheduling a new visit was easy and quick. When you arrive for your appointment, they are ready for you. This means to me that they are timely in their visits and do well at time management between patients. The hygienist performed my x-ray series; the dentist reviewed my images and approved her to continue with the cleaning. The dentist introduced herself and offered an open dialogue. She did not just tell me the information she had from reviewing the scans but also gave me time to discuss how I felt about my dental health. As a new patient, this is an important step for me that I feel gets often overlooked. I do a pretty good job at maintaining good dental hygiene between visits, but I also have a few places of gum recession that are sensitive and the cleaning procedures can be uncomfortable in those areas. HONESTLY, I have never had a gentler cleaning than the one Maria performed. She was able to effectively clean my teeth without me feeling a thing. I was incredibly impressed. I was so happy with my overall experience when I left my appointment. My husband went for his first visit a few weeks later and reported the same! He hates visiting the dentist, so this means they should receive more than 5 stars!! Overall, the best experience at the dentist and we would highly recommend Dr. Staller and her entire team.5. Dr. Zarina Staller is experienced with a kind demeanor, also the staff is very accommodating6. Continuously called about paying up front and insurance cutting the office a check. Then you call and ask for the check be sent to you. Today had enough. Lucy said this is the way the Dr. runs things. So I said cancel my appointment and tell the Dr why.
