First Deltona Auto Tag Agency Customer Reviews: 1. Excellent customer service. Wait time was very short. 2. I appreciate the service. 3. Girls are very nice to work with the girls great service 4. When I walked in, I heard a conversation near the entrance about politics. A heavyset Latin woman was expressing her opinion to another customer, saying all Puerto Ricans should go back to their country. I was startled by her comments, as I found them to be very racist, ignorant, and disrespectful. It is utterly unnecessary to express hatred towards Puerto Ricans and call for their deportation. This woman's conduct is disgraceful in a professional environment where her job is to serve the public. Her two coworkers said nothing, but their silence showed they were ashamed of her inappropriate and ignorant remarks. People like her hurt the company's reputation and create a very bad impression. No matter the personal beliefs or opinions, everyone, particularly when interacting with the public, should be treated with respect and kindness. 5. The girls in here are awesome! Never complains and works hard! 6. I've been in this establishment more than a few times, and I cannot give enough praise for the work that Carmen and Matty do; they are the best, give them a raise! 7. Fast service!! 8. Fast, professional service. 9. Quick and excellent service 10. This DMV is the best. I am always in and out. The employees are very nice and helpful. I wish I knew the young girls' name who helped me and my son today. She was very nice, polite, and extremely patient with us. 11. There was a hold-up in receiving items. I couldn't write a check because the system was down. Missing fee avoidance. Used cc. Fee $11. It is what it is. 12. Experience was good. Handling fees are too high. 13. Went to renew my registration. The attendant who helped me was super patient and efficient. Was so nice and had the cutest nails. The process was easy and fast. 14.
