SEO Synced Customer Reviews Review 1: I have been a customer with SEO Synced for almost 2 years with the same staff. I have a meeting every month with the team and look forward to it. They always shoot me straight and the results are the best I have ever found. Review 2: SEO Synced is the best! Their staff built 3 websites for our businesses that are amazing based on our company needs. They were efficient and continue to support our needs as we continue to grow. Jestina is always available to answer our questions and make changes as needed. Highly recommend SEO Synced!! Review 3: Stay away from this company. I paid for their service for my restaurant on a Friday and was told my onboarding call would be the following Monday at 12 pm. I was told that we would screen share on the call so I could watch the setup and ask any questions I had. Monday comes and I am waiting for a call. 12 pm rolls around and it's crickets. I call the company and someone answers and says they would let Justin know to call me. 12:20 Justin calls my restaurant and leaves a message instead of calling me like he was instructed to do. My chef lets me know he called and I immediately call Justin. No answer. I keep calling for the next 10 min. He finally answers. I say who I am and Justin says oh hi. I say what is going on man? What are you doing? I explain he was supposed to call at 12 and didn't even reach out to say he was late. Not only that, when I confronted him he listed a bunch of excuses rather than apologizing and making it right. I then ask for the link so we can screen share for the setup like he promised. He then tells me he isn't by a computer and would have to reschedule if I wanted to screen share. He then tells me he can setup everything for me from his phone! Insane! Highly unprofessional, no respect for others time. I have no idea if the service I paid for was even done as they sent me zero proof. I asked Justin if the owners know how they run this business and he said he was one of the owners! My mind was blown. For an SEO company, they don't even utilize their google my business listing which tells you a ton about them when they claim to be the number 1 SEO company in Florida.
