In the beginning of my company, I was not very confident in my own knowledge regarding the digital world. Vectra employees gave me resources and one on one time with certain topics to assist. Having worked with them before, I knew Vectra would do a great job. But the video they produced far exceeds anything I could have hoped for. Parts of our site have consistently gone down for the past years and to get them working again takes an inhuman amount of patience with these folks. Our most recent issue is a recurring one where I have to continue to reach out to them or I never hear back. Or, when I do hear back, there is not really any helpful information, or they have just closed my ticket with no resolution. I have put in multiple tickets about the same thing since 6/4 now and my issue is still not resolved. The last time I heard from them was on the 24th asking me to fill out a form for them and have not heard back since. I have had multiple unsatisfactory correspondences with Govinda Ramrattan on this most recent issue, starting with them closing my ticket right away as soon as I submitted it. I then reopened the ticket by submitting again and they reassigned it to the same person who is obviously not really trying to help. It really should not be that hard to keep a very simple "Contact Us" page functioning. And yet, I find myself contacting them about the same issue literally every other month. The last time was at the beginning of April. At least back then they had assigned someone you could tell cared by the correspondence between us, that person had the issue resolved within a few days. Thank you Megan T for your hard work. Not to say it was not a headache to get to that point as well since I had originally started contacting them on 3/10 and did not hear back from them until 4/14, and then they assigned Megan and she was able to resolve it by the 18th. It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to resolve something like this and then for it to be broken every 2 months is ridiculous. Update- I decided to edit my review from a 1 star, since a Vectra Project Coordinator, reached out to us directly and was able to get the issue resolved within an hour or so. She stayed on the line with my coworker until the issue was fully resolved and we appreciate her very much. Thank you, Megan!!! I'm hoping this fix sticks this time and as long as the overall service we get with Vectra Digital is satisfactory and consistent I may update my review to a better one in the future.
