Happy with the quality of work, service and professional customer service. They’re really detailed. And the give you Guidance. True professionals. I would recommend them to anyone. I was pulling my hair out trying to manage SEO on top of everything else. We brought on DVC to manage our SEO and now we're on the first page of google results. And best of all - it's low maintenance. I don't have to even think about SEO now, I know DVC has it covered. DVC is a great company to work with. Clear with intentions, helpful, very easy to communicate with and all the staff have been very friendly and kind. They are always available to reach out to if any questions arise. Digital Visibility Concepts works so hard to achieve first page results for Steinco Industrial Solutions, Inc. I had a terrible experience with them. I'm sorry but they cannot help anyone. If you don't believe me, visit their FB page. You'll see 0 interaction. The positive reviews look forged. Very professional, listen to details and did a good job. Alex called saying our website was down and nothing was working. Trying to get personal info to sell me advertisement. When I was on the phone with him? We checked multiple devices. All devices were able to pull up my website with no problem. This companies sales tactics are horrible. If I could get zero stars, I would Absolutely attention to detail, and they are going above and beyond to make what I need happen for my website and SEO. I have never had a company spend so much time with me personally, to accomplish what I what to achieve. They are straightshooters, not shady, and I am very very pleased so far. Awesome people great service and very professional If I could give a negative amount of starts, I would. Their communication is great until you sign the contract, then it is TERRIBLE. Their performance is even worse. Grammatical errors in the ads (that they will blame on you), with ads that don't make sense for your business. I spent over $3K with them over the course of a year, and never saw a dime in return. No business through their ads. None. And when I asked them to cancel the ad campaign, they did, but continued to charge me for their service (3 months worth), even though they didn't actually perform any service. They now refuse to give me a refund on the services they charged but never performed. It seems that all of the "leads" they generate are bots. They pad the numbers of clicks, but never actually produce results. Be warned... they will tell you up front that they "cannot promise results". Invest your money elsewhere. Decided to not buy due to their unprofessionalism, I advise against purchasing from people who have to reschedule a call 3 times and constantly switch who I’m talking to. They ultimately did not complete their obligations with our company. They appeared to have no more customer service tricks to pull out their bag. No reps. Missing information. Empty promises. Very frustrating!!
