Using my hands, elbows, and forearms, I use a variety of strokes such as gliding, vibrations, rocking, frictions, kneading, and compression. Also, the option to add heat or ice to the hands on certain areas is available. As well as the ability to apply warm compresses and hot stones. The massage table can be heated as well. Each session offers a variety of essential oil aromatherapy options at no additional charge.
